The past three years have been especially good to Gallatin, with Silver Eagle Bus Manufacturing announcing their relocation from Brownsville, TX in June, 2009, Alliance Distribution Partners beginning operations in January, and companies such as Samick Music Corporation and Shoals Technologies Group relocating their corporate headquarters to our community. Samick also is manufacturing pianos here, joining GF Puhl and Superior Inspections as companies that have recently opened production facilities here. Gallatin Gets It!
In late 2007, Free Will Baptist Bible College announced plans to relocate its downtown Gallatin is home to some 25,000 residents, a number expected to grow to about 28,000 by 2010. Part of the Nashville MSA, Gallatin is just a 25 minute drive from downtown Music City. Our easy access to Interstates 65, 40, and 24, along with our proximity to the Nashville International Airport and having our own Sumner County Regional Airport, give Gallatin easy accessibility to the world.
