Sites and Buildings

The Gallatin EDA partners with TVA and GIS Planning in order to provide a simple, yet powerful tool that can be used to do an initial investigation of available sites without making a visit in person. (Click here to search Buildings and Sites.)

You can choose to search for office, industrial, call center, warehouse, land or any combination of these.  Narrow your search by specifying site size, rail access, ceiling height and sale or lease. Focus on a specific area by drawing a polygon on the map.

You can select any of the resultant sites and see a full property description as well as
create detailed demographic, labor force, consumer expenditure and business reports;
also save your results, print and/or export the information.

While using the GIS site, do not use your browser's Back arrow, as that will close the page.
