Gallatin, Tennessee, is home to some 25,000 residents and is experiencing unprecedented growth, with the population forecast to hit more than 28,000 by 2010. Part of the Nashville Metropolitan Statistical Area (MSA), Gallatin is just a 25 minute drive from downtown Music City, but citizens find that staying at home offers plenty to do.

EDA Golf CourseA vast parks and recreation department, historic downtown theatre that is now complimented by a new 10-screen cinema, outstanding public and private golf courses, and recreational opportunities utilizing beautiful Old Hickory Lake ensure that there is plenty to do in Gallatin. A diverse and ever-growing retail center, Gallatin boasts a variety of restaurants for all tastes, coffee shops, and local gathering places, and our historic downtown square provides traditional southern charm and a distinctive character.

EDA Rose MontVolunteer State Community College, Sumner Regional Medical Center, and outstanding police and fire departments help our citizens enjoy a quality of life not always available in cities our size. Local musical groups and community theatres add to the rich arts and culture one would expect to find in the Nashville area, and historical sites and monuments are abundant.
